Main initiatives: Taisei Corporation is endeavoring to promote the reduction of their employees’ workday with their no zangyo (overtime) day every Wednesday and the promotion of the jitan (shorten workday) month held twice a year. Also, with the goal of supporting their individual employees, Taisei Corporation has established a specialized department (Ikiiki Katsuyaku (Active lives) Promotion Office) to promote work-life balance.
