- In January 2009, a project kickoff seminar titled "Companies grow through making good use of its people: Supporting work-life balance as a new form of 'remuneration" was held with approximately 330 people (mostly people in-charged of human resource management in private companies).
- In December 2008, the "Survey on work style and work-life balance" was conducted.

- Worked on the details of a "model project" for the creation of a WLB-receptive workplace.

The project seminar "Several tips for management to help you find a better work-life balance" was held on February 8th in 2010 at the University of Tokyo, Japan. This interactive participatory seminar will move you (and your company) toward the realization of a work-life balanced work style.
